In a culture that feeds us disconnection and separation we must help each other remember what is possible when a community comes together and chooses healing.
I facilitate the co-creation of a safe & sacred space for folx to share their stories, listen from their hearts, and release what no longer serves them. I adapt and format each ceremony to the needs of the community, creating a variety of experiences that recognize the infinite spectrum of the human condition. |

Bringing some part of life into ceremony does not cast the rest into the category of the mundane or unceremonious. In performing the ceremony, we intend that it radiate through our day or week [...] a reminder of what is possible

Planting the Seeds |
Tending the Spiral |
Gathering in ceremony and sacred circle is an act of love, for yourself and for this world. We have a responsibility to heal ourselves. Any pain, fear, grief, and worry we do not acknowledge, feel, and release is stored in our bodies and passed down through generations. Intense right? I know, but when we recognize this we can make the choice to plant seeds of healing. Life shouldn't be a punishment, it is a pleasure. I want to offer you an experience that shows us what is possible if we come together to do this work and water those seeds.

Healing is not linear, instant, or finite. It is a spiral of unlearning, remembering, and revisiting lessons as we move deeper into our own truths. Ceremony is the language of the Soul. It is the communion of intention and divine recognition. Regardless of your personal spiritual beliefs, these practices honor your experience and center the power YOU have to alter your reality. When we carve out space to feel what we need to feel and witness our communal experience we heal our ancestors, ourselves, and those that have yet to grace this planet.
